The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) is a 360° leadership assessment that gathers feedback from all levels a leader needs to be competent – bosses, associates, and peers, and direct reports to evaluate leadership skills, attitudes, influence, overall effectiveness, and other key leadership competencies. Leadership Circle Profile is unique because it is the only 360° assessment that measures Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies, combining leadership’s inner and outer attributes. This 360-degree assessment feedback gives the leader greater insight into how they are perceived, including strengths and current limitations in their leadership effectiveness.

This service is offered periodically and as part of ISO retreats which brings together a small group of individuals with similar goals or interests to foster collective growth and development.  These sessions create a supportive and collaborative environment where participants can share experiences, gain new perspectives, and learn from one another.  Group coaching focuses on common themes such as leadership development, team dynamics, or personal growth, and combines structured activities with open discussion to promote engagement and accountability.  This approach leverages the power of group dynamics to inspire motivation, enhance learning, and achieve shared objectives, while still addressing individual needs and challenges.
