About Jyllian

Jyllian is an experienced, dynamic leader, ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), mentor, Coach Trainer and business consultant whose passion is helping people live and lead with confidence and authenticity.  She has a remarkable track record in leading security, workforce development and leadership programs. With a passion for cultivating talent, Jyllian successfully combined her 30-year expertise in security with a deep understanding of human potential, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in challenging, yet psychologically safe work environments. 

Throughout her distinguished career, Jyllian has held senior executive positions in renowned security organizations, where she spearheaded innovative programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and leadership capabilities of security professionals. Jyllian expanded her role beyond security when she assumed a senior executive level position in the U.S. Government, responsible for the career development of employees in a variety of skill fields globally. She would later assume corporate senior leadership positions where she maintained her keen focus on educating and developing leaders at all levels. Jyllian believes in investing in people, equipping leaders and teams with the necessary skills to drive organizational success, while learning to live and lead with confidence and authenticity.
