I AM ME: 100% Validated!® is an evolutionary movement designed for personal and unique self-discovery and personal growth experience during which you discover your true-self and learn to embrace ALL of you without seeking external validation.  Simplistically, discover and love your authentic self.

The I AM ME® workshops will reveal many aspects of yourself that you will undoubtedly want to dig into and explore.  Supplementing your exploration with coaching sessions is paramount to learning more about yourself, embracing ALL of YOU (yes, the good and what you may think is bad), and understanding how to leverage ALL aspects of yourself to live authentically with confidence.  

Some may find that exploration as part of a group is invigorating.  Learning to live authentically can create all types of emotions, so having a built in support system through group coaching while you learn from and alongside of others is highly encouraged.  

Groups will consist of 3 or more I AM ME®participants. 

Helping others discover their authentic selves can occur in many ways.  One of those way is through speaking engagements.  If you are interested in booking me for a speaking engagement, please contact me directly!  

Unfortunately, there has been an unexpected snag in the trademark process.  We planned to sell merchandise; however, the trademark in the clothing category was contested.  While mine is different enough, it wasn't worth it to pursue the trademark for clothing.  So, back to the drawing board.  

This provided a great opportunity to merge my book and I AM ME: 100% Validated!®, so stay tuned for what will emerge as we trademark I AM ME: 100% Validated!® for clothing and other items!
